In this class, you will set goals for yourself in 7 fitness areas and develop a fitness plan. The 7 areas include aerobic endurance, flexibility, strength, agility, balance and coordination. You will take a basic fitness test/challenge at the beginning, middle, and end of the semester. You will use the results of this test to set goals, develop a fitness plan, and monitor your progress toward your goals.
